November 20th - Baby Shower in Seymour.  What a blessing it was!  It was a wonderful time to go back to my hometown.  Thanks to all the ladies who hosted and all the gifts.  I will post pictures soon...

Since November we were searching for a 3 bedroom house to move into...After much searching, we found a place in Watauga, TX.

December 11th - Mom and cousin Bri visited and helped us pack everything up in our apartment.  Then with the AWESOME help of Philip & Jillian, Michael Smith, and the Bluhm family, we moved into our house on December 18th.  My mom then stayed a week and helped us unpack and make it home...we made curtains...finished the baby room...put together all the baby gadgets and got settled in.

December 24th  - Christmas Eve we spent at our place with my parents, Aunt Rebecca & Ron, and Jared's parents.  We enjoyed some good Mexican food, went to the Christmas Eve service at our church (Northwood in Keller), and then went back to our place to play dominos and later some cards.

Christmas day was spent with  Jared's parents who stayed in town through Tuesday.  It was great getting to see them.  Spent time visiting and playing cards & other games.  I know they were hoping Jocelyn would come while they were here, but I guess she has a mind of her own ;)

The Nursery...

Well, today is New Year's Eve and I am 40 weeks 2 days pregnant.  wow!  It is hard to believe that the day has finally come when Jocelyn could arrive at anytime.  My midwife says the first is typically about a week 'late' from the due date..  I am trying to keep my mind off it and stay busy with things around the house, and enjoying time with my wonderful husband :)  I know all too soon we'll have a little girl who will keep our life full.  So the next time I post will be pictures of her arrival.  Can't wait to share them!

Love,

Sarah
